Website and demonstration use

You may view this website and interact with public demonstrations for legitimate evaluation and informational purposes. Demonstrations use fictional or sample information and are not production customer systems.

Intellectual property

C2 Cybertek, Cyra, C2 Manager, C2 Cocktail Studio, WebPulse, C2 software, related names, designs, interfaces, workflows, source code, documentation, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to C2 Cybertek and protected by applicable law.

Prohibited activity

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, sublicense, circumvent access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, overload services, derive source code, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or use C2 materials to create a competing product except where a restriction is prohibited by law.

No production authorization

Public demonstration credentials authorize access only to the identified demonstration. They do not authorize access to C2 infrastructure, customer data, monitoring systems, internal prompts, models, logs, source repositories, hosting accounts, or third-party services.

Managed AI

Cyra demonstrations provide sample guidance and may not be accurate or complete. Production AI capabilities require an approved configuration and human review. Users must not submit sensitive information unless expressly authorized under a written agreement.

Software and product access

Registration, email verification, trial requests, product descriptions, and demonstration access do not automatically grant a license, download, support entitlement, or production service. Approved access is governed by applicable product terms or a written customer agreement.

No warranties

The public website and demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C2 Cybertek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from public website or demonstration use.

Customer services

Paid services, software access, portals, hosting, support, data processing, service levels, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and termination are governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this public site creates a fixed-price offer or service commitment.
